Sales Consultant

Job Description Based in Montreal, Quebec, Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealership, is looking for a Sales Advisor to strengthen its New and Used Vehicle Department. Full-time position. Join a dynamic and professional team and participate in an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs to propose suitable solutions for new and/or used vehicles.
• Present vehicles, their technical features, options, and advantages; explain financing options and after-sales services.
• Determine the customer's needs, qualify prospects, and develop relevant sales proposals.
• Follow up, turn visits into sales, and achieve targets while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
• Manage sales documents, financing procedures, deliveries, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and financing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Keep the CRM up to date, document activities, and report leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (ideally in automotive; retail or customer service experience is also appreciated).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team.
• Dynamic, professional appearance, and willingness to achieve goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Good knowledge of the sales process and CRM; familiarity with Toyota products and financing solutions is an asset.
• Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours as needed by the dealership.
