Detailer / Car Washer

Chrysler Capital Quebec, part of the Laplante Auto Group and located in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, is seeking a Detailing / Washer Attendant to join a dynamic team focused on customer service.

Job Description You will be responsible for washing, detailing, and aesthetic maintenance of vehicles, both inside and out. You will prepare vehicles for delivery and after-sales service, using a technological car wash machine as well as professional tools to ensure impeccable results. You will collaborate with the service and sales teams, respecting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior washing and interior cleaning of vehicles (vacuuming, surface cleaning, mats, seats, minor aesthetic repairs, application of cleaning products).
• Conduct simple detailing services and aesthetic treatments in accordance with company standards.
• Use the technological car wash machine and ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage or deterioration and report to the appropriate team.
• Keep the washing area clean, organized, and safe; adhere to work methods and environmental protocols.
• Provide quality customer service, courteously answer simple questions, and foster a positive experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience required; beginners welcome.
• Good physical condition and ability to work standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to quickly learn how to operate the car wash machine and aesthetic products.
• Availability to work a 4-day schedule.
