Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for a claims clerk to join its team on a temporary basis, three days a week, with the possibility of extension or a longer-term contract depending on operational needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on claims with manufacturers
- Verify the compliance of files and ensure that information is complete
- Work closely with the service and parts departments
- Ensure strict management of documents and submission deadlines
- Make necessary corrections or adjustments to files
- All other related administrative tasks
Profile sought:
- Experience in administration or a similar role (automobile dealership experience is a plus)
- Good proficiency with computer tools
- Rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
- Team spirit and good communication skills
Conditions:
- Temporary position (3 days/week)
- Possibility of progression to a permanent position

Salary:
- Between $20/hr and $25/hr depending on experience and skills
