Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Listen to customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Stay up to date on products, features, and current promotions.
• Work with team members to meet individual and dealership sales targets.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience (automotive experience is an asset, but training is available if needed).
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
