Mega Kia Brossard, one of the largest Kia dealerships in Quebec, is looking for a Director of Fleet Renewals and Accounts to continue growing its client portfolio.

  • Daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Contact clients whose lease or financing contracts are about to expire.
  • Advise clients and offer the best renewal options.
  • Develop and retain the commercial account and fleet portfolio.
  • Conduct rigorous follow-ups to maximize renewal rate.
  • Develop new business opportunities with companies in the region.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain client records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Profile sought:

  • Experience in automobile sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Results-oriented and customer service focused.
  • Experience with a CRM (Activix, Salesforce, or others) is an asset.
