Job Description

• Open and close work orders
• Prepare appointments for the next day
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Follow up on ordered parts
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handle requests related to extended warranties
• Manage multiple computer platforms
  Requirements
• Experience in the automotive industry (any position)
• Passion for customer service and comfort with the public
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
• Knowledge of Serti (an asset)
