Tire storage and Lot attendant

In this key role within our dealership, you will be responsible for managing tires, assisting customers, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy when delivering or collecting tires.
• Organize and optimally manage tire inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform accurate transactions when updating inventory records.
• Assist technicians during tire maintenance and changes on vehicles.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the yard and warehouse.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of tires and storage systems is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks.
