Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems of vehicles, including electric vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in accordance with Nissan procedures and dealership standards.
• Diagnose faults using dedicated tools and software, and document interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure quick customer vehicle turnaround and the best possible experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and workshop quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and technical training.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics; experience with Nissan or Infiniti products is a plus.
• Proven diagnostic skills and ability to work on electric vehicles and their systems.
• Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours if required.
• Good customer service skills and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
