Sales representative

We are seeking two dynamic and passionate Sales Advisors to join our team at Toyota of Boucherville for the new vehicle department. You will play a key role in our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience while advising customers on their Toyota vehicle needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and advise customers in choosing their vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop trust-based relationships with customers by providing personalized service and professionally answering their questions.
• Present the features and benefits of various Toyota models, including certified used vehicles.
• Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies and Toyota products.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
