• Complete financing requests;
• Offer our protection plans as well as our other after-sales products;
• Explain in detail to clients the service terms and the policies of the manufacturer and the dealership;
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience;
• Ensure the accuracy of the information on the sales or leasing contract;
• Any other related tasks.
