Lot Attendant

We are looking for a Track Friend to join the Toyota St-Jerome team, an established dealership in Mirabel proud to have been part of the Toyota family since 1969. Job description

• Greet and guide customers as needed, facilitating the flow of vehicles on the track and in the designated circulation areas.
• Move, park, and store vehicles respecting internal procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the track and work areas, and ensure safety during movements.
• Assist service staff and technicians by supporting vehicle movements and daily logistics.
• Manage keys and documents related to vehicles in service or delivery.
• Participate in operational tasks related to customer service and addressing specific post-sales needs.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Desired profile

• Customer service oriented attitude and team spirit.
• Excellent presentation and sense of service.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and stay standing for extended periods; skill in moving vehicles safely.
• Valid driver's license; knowledge of safety regulations and good practices in vehicle maneuvering.
• Beginners accepted; no prior experience required, but motivation and reliability are essential.
• Autonomy, organizational sense, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
