Ste-Marie Automobiles, dealer of Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette in Saint-Rémi, near Montreal, is seeking a Driver - Valet dedicated to after-sales service to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
Role Description
You will be the ambassador of our after-sales service, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of vehicles and their occupants between designated areas and workshops, while offering a friendly welcome to customers. You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining vehicle presentation, adhering to internal procedures, and coordinating with the service team.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet after-sales service customers courteously and professionally.
- Move customer vehicles between service areas, workshops, and parking spaces in accordance with safety rules.
- Escort customers during vehicle transfers and check the condition of vehicles before and after services.
- Maintain the exterior appearance of vehicles during movement and upon return.
- Relay customer needs to the service team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Provide logistical support to the after-sales service (organization, transporting small items, etc.) as needed.
- Comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and GM brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- 0 years of experience; training provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, team spirit, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work according to service hours.
