ALBI the Giant is seeking Business Development Agents to support customer loyalty and auto contract renewals.
This position is suitable for people comfortable on the phone, customer service oriented, and motivated by performance, in a structured and collaborative environment.
Job Description
In close collaboration with sales managers, the business development agent contacts an existing client base to present appropriate opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers of the ALBI group;
- Present renewal offers and opportunities;
- Schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership;
- Document customer needs and information in internal tools;
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure quality follow-up.
Desired Profile
- Experience in customer service (call center, sales, reception, or others);
- Comfort with outbound calls and telephone communication;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Autonomy, positive attitude, and customer service skills;
- No automotive experience required (training and support provided).
Working Conditions
- Permanent full-time position, on-site in Mascouche;
- Flexible day and evening hours (up to 7 PM) and some Saturdays;
- Commission-based compensation: $50,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on performance;
