Revyn Auto Care, a modern automotive repair facility in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a skilled Mechanic / Technician to join our team. This full-time role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs, with a track record of delivering dealership-quality workmanship in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair issues across all makes and models using advanced diagnostic tools and OEM service procedures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, brake and suspension work, engine and transmission repairs, electrical/system diagnostics, and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
  • Review service orders, develop repair plans.
  • Document all work performed, parts used; communicate findings clearly to customers and service advisors.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards; maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped workspace.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to optimize shop flow and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with manufacturer service information and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive technician/Mechanic experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a broad range of makes and models.
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools, scanners, and shop software.
  • Solid understanding of safety practices and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset; able to work effectively in a team.
  • Valid driver's license; legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Formal automotive training or certification preferred; equivalent on-the-job experience will be considered.
