Job Description At Chaput Automobile: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, Varennes, you will work as a Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking parts and accessories compatible with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers in-store and over the phone, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate parts and accessories.
• Advising, selling, and following up on parts orders; entering transactions into the system and ensuring the accuracy of the parts provided.
• Managing stock levels, reordering, and organizing the parts area; participating in inventory and cost control.
• Collaborating with the service team and technicians to ensure fast, quality service.
• Upselling (warranties, accessories) and contributing to sales targets while providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the parts area, adhering to internal procedures and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience required in auto parts sales or customer service in the automotive sector.
• General knowledge of parts and accessories related to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles (or strong ability to acquire this knowledge quickly).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; organized and versatile.
• Proficiency in French; working knowledge of English is an asset.
• Skilled with computer tools and able to quickly learn parts management and sales software.
• Relevant diploma considered an asset.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach.
