Assistant - Director of Financial Services

At Brossard Cadillac, we are looking for an Assistant to the Director of Financial Services to join our dynamic team. This position represents a unique opportunity for a motivated candidate just starting in the field or for a seasoned professional looking to slow down while continuing to contribute their valuable expertise.

As an Assistant to the Director of Financial Services, you will be an essential pillar of our financial department, supporting the current director in their daily activities, as well as stepping in during days off or high-demand periods. You will be involved in selling insurance, as well as planning and executing financing operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Financial Services in managing insurance contracts and financing offers.
• Actively participate in the sales process, helping our clients choose financing options that best suit their needs.
• Provide administrative support, including the preparation of financial documents and reports.
• Directly interact with clients to ensure quality service and answer their questions regarding financing and insurance options.

Required Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary, but a strong motivation to learn and grow in the financial sector is a valuable asset.
• For candidates nearing the end of their career, solid experience in the field is desired, with the ability to share your knowledge and mentor newcomers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
