🔧 Job description As a technical advisor, you are the go-to person between the customer and the workshop. Your role is to provide personalized, professional, and transparent service while ensuring efficient management of mechanical work.

📋 Responsibilities Welcome customers and assess their mechanical needs Open and manage work orders Communicate with technicians to coordinate diagnostics and repairs Clearly explain recommended work and obtain approvals Conduct thorough follow-ups with clients Manage parts orders as needed Provide warm, professional, and quality customer service Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes

🧰 Desired profile

Experience as a technical advisor or in a similar position (a major plus) Knowledge of automotive mechanics — European vehicles or Tesla: a significant advantage Excellent communication and customer service skills Good ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
