Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice)

Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a passionate and talented Apprentice Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have one year of experience in the automotive sector and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!

In this essential role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing diagnostic troubleshooting and mechanical repairs on a variety of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles.
• Participating in preventive maintenance and major repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Working closely with our team of experienced technicians to learn and share your knowledge.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, respecting safety standards.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering clients' questions about their vehicles.

The qualifications we are looking for include:

• One year of experience in automotive mechanics, preferably as an apprentice.
• Training in mechanics or a diploma in vocational studies (DEP) in automotive mechanics would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently while integrating into a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for automobiles and a desire to learn and improve in the field.
