Valleyfield Nissan, a dealership located in Valleyfield near Beauharnois, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and customer service-oriented team.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle, ensuring a pressure-free and personalized experience. You will collaborate with the sales and financing teams to provide a seamless experience, from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and listen to customers' needs, qualify their purchasing projects, and propose tailored solutions.
- Present new and used Nissan vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and arrange test drives.
- Clearly explain features, options, warranties, and financing programs.
- Negotiate sales conditions in accordance with company policies and customer expectations.
- Provide post-sale follow-up, coordinate documents and financing, and maintain customer relationships.
- Work in collaboration with the service and finance teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in auto sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information and answer customer questions.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
