Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette is seeking a New and Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join its team in Saint-Rémi, QC. If you are passionate about sales and the automotive industry, you will enjoy working in an environment focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise, and assist customers in purchasing new and used GM vehicles, as well as certified GM vehicles.
  • Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, perform demonstrations and test drives.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate quotes, financing options, and warranties, ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
  • Maintain and nurture the client and prospect portfolio through follow-up and after-sales service to optimize customer experience and recurring sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless and comprehensive customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and maintain the quality image of the showroom and displayed vehicles.
  • Actively participate in dealership promotions and commercial events, and stay updated on GM programs.

Desired Profile

  • At least one year of sales experience; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
  • Strong motivation, positive attitude, and exemplary customer focus.
  • Ability to work as a team, initiative, and excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an advantage, bilingualism is valued.
  • Good organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Availability to adapt to flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
