Sales Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and motivated New and Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our team at Boucherville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a well-known dealership in the Boucherville area. You will play a key role by providing an exceptional customer experience and guiding our clients in purchasing new and used vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate our brand vehicles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and conduct test drives based on customer needs.
• Advise on financing options, warranties, and additional services in collaboration with the financing team.
• Negotiate sales and close transactions while respecting internal policies and team goals.
• Proactively follow up with customers throughout the purchasing process and provide quality after-sales service.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to optimize the customer experience and satisfaction.
• Update the CRM and track sales opportunities, while accurately entering customer information.
• Adhere to brand image standards, safety procedures, and dealership quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; automotive sector experience is appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Availability to work during the dealership's opening hours; the company is closed on weekends.
• Strong interest in automobiles and ability to simplify technical information for clients.
