Main Tasks:
Under the supervision of the Controller, you will be responsible for performing various accounting-related tasks, including:
Prepare and process vehicle sales files; Follow up on expenses and receivables related to vehicle sales; Verify and record work orders (internal); Process check requisitions; Perform verifications and purchase of used vehicles; Enter warranty information; Balance and verify commissions; Handle disbursements related to sales files; Follow up on wholesale financing; Perform various accounting tasks such as supporting and replacing colleagues as needed.
Profile Sought:
Relevant experience in accounting; Experience in a car dealership (a major asset); Initiative, professionalism, and rigor; Team spirit, dynamism, and independence; Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously; Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
