Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our new vehicle sales team at Excel Honda in Mont-Royal, QC. This key position is part of the management team responsible for selling approximately 1,000 units per year, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our dealership within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the dealership and manufacturer targets and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Oversee customer service excellence to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Produce regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a dealership sales manager.
  • Experience in financing and insurance (F&I) within the automotive environment.
  • Experience with the Honda or Acura brand.
  • Proficiency in Merlin software.
  • Experience with the Activix CRM.
  • Knowledge of V Auto.
  • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
