Evening receptionist

We are looking for a smiling, organized, and energetic evening receptionist to welcome our clients and contribute to an exceptional experience at the dealership.

Your daily role • Warmly welcoming clients and directing them according to their needs • Answering phone calls and emails • Processing payments and issuing receipts • Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and the presentation of the dealership • Collaborating with the sales and after-sales teams • Performing all other related tasks

Candidate profile • Experience in reception or customer service (ideally in the automotive sector) • Excellent communication skills • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfort with computer tools • Availability in the afternoon and evening
