Service attendant

Terrebonne Ford is looking for a Service Clerk to join its dynamic workshop in Terrebonne, Quebec. With a history of over 30 years and the prestige of the 2023 Ford President’s Award – Diamond Club, our dealership emphasizes quality work, safety, and operational efficiency. This position is focused on technical maintenance and does not involve direct interactions with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and other preventive maintenance tasks on vehicles, according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect vehicles and systems during interventions and report any issues detected.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure deadlines and service quality.
• Rigorously apply safety procedures and current quality standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and document completed interventions.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or in automotive maintenance.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and workshop equipment.
• Understanding of safety procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to follow work orders.
