Main responsibilities:
- Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership
- Carry out repairs on vehicles
- Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain close communication with the service consultation team when additional procedures are needed or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed time frame
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed
Qualifications and skills required:
- One year (or more) of experience as a mechanic
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team ethic
- Hold a competency card issued by the Automotive Joint Committee
- GM experience (an asset)
