Main responsibilities:

• Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership
• Carry out repairs on vehicles
• Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction
• Maintain close communication with the service consultation team when additional procedures are needed or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed time frame
• Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed

Qualifications and skills required:

• One year (or more) of experience as a mechanic
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team ethic
• Hold a competency card issued by the Automotive Joint Committee
• GM experience (an asset)
