Parts clerk

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction and supporting our team of technicians. ** Responsibilities:**

• Greet and advise customers on the products and parts needed for their vehicles.
• Manage the stock of parts, including receiving, organizing, and inventorying.
• Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends. ** Required Qualifications:**
• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
• Bilingual (an asset) ** Schedule:**
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
