Assistant in deliveries

Your role
Here, you will be at the heart of the action. We’re looking for someone who loves when things are busy, who keeps a smile even when schedules are tight, and who knows how to turn a simple delivery into a memorable experience.

What you will do (and much more)

• Organize deliveries of new and used vehicles with the sales and service teams
• Ensure everything is ready, in good order: contracts, plates, papers
• Welcome customers professionally (and with pride)
• Present the vehicle and its features clearly
• Follow up after delivery because, for us, the relationship doesn’t end when we hand over the keys
• Coordinate small details that make all the difference

• You stay calm when multiple things happen at once
• You have some knowledge of the automotive industry? Even better
• You hold a valid driver’s license

The working language is French, in accordance with the French Language Charter. That said, an intermediate knowledge of English is recommended since you will deal daily with English-speaking clients.
