Technical Advisor

Our dealership Albi Genesis Laval is currently looking for a Technical Advisor to join its team. Are you interested in the automotive field? Main responsibilities: You will need to welcome clients and gather the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will promote maintenance services and organize the schedule for the work to be done, while ensuring quality customer service. Job requirements:

• Experience in a similar customer service position;
• Technical advice diploma in vehicle maintenance and repair (an asset);
• Experience in the luxury automotive field (a significant asset);
• Valid driver’s license. Working conditions:
• Day shift, full-time, Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.;
