As a Technical Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop. You will play a crucial role in their experience and directly contribute to their satisfaction.

🔧 Your main responsibilities Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Understand their needs and advise them on recommended maintenance and repairs. Prepare estimates and clearly explain the work to be done. Ensure rigorous follow-up on the progress of repairs. Maintain proactive communication with customers. Work closely with technicians and various departments. Participate in the development of preventive services and maintenance programs. ✅ What We Are Looking For At least one year of experience in automotive customer service or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple cases in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the automotive field and DMS software (an asset).
