Your daily role****
You will be at the heart of the customer experience — much more than just a advisor.
- Welcome each customer with professionalism and authenticity
- Understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly explain the work to be done and billing (without complicated jargon)
- Manage work orders diligently from start to finish
- Maintain constant communication between the customer and the workshop
- Advise on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer standards
- Deliver a service that exceeds expectations every time
- All other related tasks
