The Desjardins Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and motivating Chief Executive Officer to lead our Subaru Montreal dealership, a dealership recognized for its high volume and sustained performance across all departments.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and goal-focused leader capable of inspiring teams, maintaining a performance-driven culture, and ensuring continuous growth in sales, service, and parts.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead all dealership operations (sales, service, and parts)
- Optimize overall performance and profitability of the departments
- Supervise, motivate, and develop management and sales teams
- Implement strategies for sustainable growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the manufacturer
- Ensure strict management of daily operations
- Work closely and under the supervision of the Vice President
Desired Profile
- Significant experience as a Sales Director / General Manager or Senior Sales Director
- Strong expertise in automotive sales, with an in-depth understanding of service and parts
- Excellent motivating leadership, results-driven, structured, and strategic
- Ability to operate in a high-volume and high-performance environment
- Ability to develop and maintain a constructive relationship with the manufacturer
Assets
- Proficiency in Activix, 180, and CDK software
- Experience in a Subaru dealership or equivalent
