Mechanic / Technician

Mercedes-Benz Granby, located in Granby, Quebec, is seeking a motivated and conscientious Mechanic / Technician to join its workshop and uphold the standards of excellence associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics/maintenance
• Technical training in automotive maintenance or equivalent
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic systems
• Team spirit, rigor, and customer service orientation
• Fluent French; technical English is an asset

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic, and safety systems of Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality repairs, ensure final inspection and vehicle reconditioning
• Interpret diagrams and use diagnostic tools and Mercedes-Benz-specific software
• Collaborate with customer service and parts department to optimize intervention times and customer satisfaction
• Accurately document interventions and adhere to safety and quality procedures
• Actively participate in continuous training and stay informed of technical developments specific to the brand
