Job description
You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in the showroom and over the phone, with the mission of understanding their needs, proposing suitable solutions, and guiding them throughout the purchase process. You will be responsible for presenting new Hyundai vehicles, conducting demonstrations and test drives, as well as explaining financing options and trade-in programs. In collaboration with the Service and Parts teams, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience and help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and qualify their vehicle needs and budget
- Present and compare new Hyundai models, highlighting options and technical advantages
- Conduct demonstrations and test drives, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
- Present financing solutions, current promotions, and trade-in programs
- Negotiate and close sales while respecting internal policies and targets
- Maintain a proactive customer relationship: follow-up on leads, follow-ups, and post-sale loyalty
- Enter and update customer information and opportunities in the CRM
- Collaborate with Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Profile sought
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Team spirit, listening skills, and ability to understand customer needs
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset
- Valid driver's license and availability during business hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Good organizational skills, autonomy, and time management
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM
