Sales Advisor - Used Vehicles

At Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership in the Montreal region, we are seeking a Passionate Used Vehicle Sales Advisor, customer-oriented and capable of converting interest into results. In this role, you will accompany clients throughout their purchasing journey, providing an exceptional customer experience and tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will welcome visitors, present our Certified Used Vehicles, and collaborate with the finance department to offer attractive financing options.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify customers in the showroom and online, understand their needs and budget.
• Present certified used vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate offers in collaboration with the Finance department and sales team.
• Manage the entire sales process, including documentation and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, current promotions, and financing solutions.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and build customer loyalty through personalized advice.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and presentation skills.
• Team spirit, listening skills, and results-oriented.
• Autonomy, dynamism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work according to business hours and team needs.
