Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and understand their mobility needs.
• Present and compare new Honda vehicles and certified used vehicles, highlighting features, advantages, and suitable financing options.
• Conduct demonstrations, test drives, and personalized financing arrangements in collaboration with the credit team.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales processes and necessary documentation, adhere to procedures, and ensure effective follow-up.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and availability for flexible hours.
