Detailer / Car Washer

We are recruiting for the position of Cosmetic / Car Washer, at Joliette Volkswagen, a dealership of the St-Jean Group located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, in a region proudly rooted locally. Joining our family of companies means contributing to a culture of proximity, development, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for presentation and delivery, both inside and outside.
• Perform basic aesthetic and detailing tasks, including cleaning surfaces, windows, seats, and carpets according to manufacturer procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and report any damages observed on the vehicles.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and support the team during busy periods.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are impeccably presented.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in auto aesthetic work or washing/detailing.
• Good knowledge of car washing and aesthetic products and equipment.
• Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Good physical condition, ability to stand for long periods, and handle moderate loads.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and proven reliability.
