Assistant Service Manager

Start date: As soon as possible Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Salary: Up to $90,000 depending on performance.

As an Assistant Manager in the Service Department, you will need to:

Support the Service Director in managing the department on a daily basis; Provide exemplary service to customers and handle complaints; Optimize operational efficiency: manage schedules, productivity, and work quality; Act as a coach, motivate, and support the entire department team; Ensure profitability and achievement of departmental goals; Perform certain functions of the technical advisor role: welcome customers, gather necessary information to determine repair and maintenance needs for customers' vehicles, and sell maintenance services based on customer needs. Job Requirements Relevant experience in the automotive service department (technical advisor, assistant manager, or similar role); Knowledge of Serti software (an asset); Excellence in customer service; Results-oriented, performance-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction; Excellent communication skills and organizational sense.
