Mechanic / Technician

Type of employment: Permanent – Full-time

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain new and used vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and functional tests.
• Analyze failures, propose sustainable solutions, and accurately document interventions.
• Collaborate with other service team members to optimize turnaround times and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow safety rules, keep the workshop clean and organized, and ensure proper functioning of tools and equipment.

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics (First-Class Mechanic) required.
• Relevant diploma (DEP or equivalent in automotive mechanics).
• Strong knowledge of engine systems, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and team spirit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform road tests.
• Availability to work according to the dealership schedule and adapt to operational needs.
