Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming).
• Mix and adjust colors according to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply coats of paint, base coats, and varnish using specialized equipment.
• Perform necessary touch-ups to ensure a flawless finish.
• Check the quality of work before delivering the vehicle.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with health and safety standards and manufacturer procedures.
• Collaborate with the bodywork team to ensure efficient service.
  Desired Profile
• Experience in auto painting (an asset).
• Certification in bodywork or auto painting (an asset).
• Good knowledge of preparation and application techniques.
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a sense of quality.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
