Mechanic / Technician

At Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealer in Quebec located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, we are seeking a motivated and capable Mechanic / Technician to join our team dedicated to excellence.

Role and responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service Audi vehicles and SUVs according to the manufacturer's standards and best practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and replacement of original Audi parts.
• Use diagnostic tools and systems to identify failures and propose durable solutions.
• Accurately document interventions in the management system and ensure traceability of work.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure fast, efficient and customer-oriented service.
• Participate in technical monitoring and ongoing training to maintain a high level of expertise.
• Adhere to safety procedures and workshop quality standards.

Profile sought

• Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent; relevant certifications appreciated.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in automotive mechanics; experience with Audi or German vehicles is an asset.
• Solid knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical and diagnostic systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and workshop safety practices.
• Team spirit, customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record preferred.
