Vehicle Preparation (PDI) Technician

The group ALBI Le Géant is currently looking for a Vehicle Preparation/PDI Technician for its ALBI Mazda Mascouche dealership.

The main responsibilities of the Vehicle Preparation/PDI Technician:

• Preparing new vehicles according to manufacturer standards;
• Installing accessories ordered by the customer;
• Visually inspecting or checking the vehicle;
• Performing lubrication and oil changes;
• Mounting and balancing vehicle wheels;
• Installing or jump-starting vehicle batteries;
• Checking vehicle oil levels;
• Checking tire pressure and adding air if necessary;
• Filling all fluids except for the air conditioning system;
• Conducting road tests to verify the work done;
• Reporting any safety concerns to immediate supervisor.
  Qualifications required for the position of Vehicle Preparation/PDI Technician:
• Manual work experience in a similar position;
• Experience in service department (a significant advantage);
• Valid driver's license.
