- Experience in vehicle sales
- Dynamic and positive person with a strong team spirit
- Strong desire for success and goal achievement
- Punctual, honest, and autonomous individual
- Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers)
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional service experience
- Listen carefully to the customer’s demands and needs
- Present models that fit their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives
- Explain sales contracts, warranties, and all relevant information
- Keep customer information updated in the CRM (Serti)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the manufacturer’s products, promotions, and programs
