Ford Île-Perrot, a member of the AutoForce Group, is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Advisor to join its team.

  • Experience in vehicle sales
  • Dynamic and positive person with a strong team spirit
  • Strong desire for success and goal achievement
  • Punctual, honest, and autonomous individual
  • Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers)
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional service experience
  • Listen carefully to the customer’s demands and needs
  • Present models that fit their needs and budget
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives
  • Explain sales contracts, warranties, and all relevant information
  • Keep customer information updated in the CRM (Serti)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the manufacturer’s products, promotions, and programs
