Delivery coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule vehicle deliveries while optimizing routes and timings to meet deadlines.
• Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding the status of their orders and delivery dates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure that all delivery details are handled efficiently.
• Prepare the necessary documents for each delivery, ensuring everything complies with company procedures.
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
