We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join Kia Val-Bélair, a Kia dealership in Val-Bélair, Quebec. The position is available immediately and requires a minimum of one year of sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the most suitable Kia solutions.
- Present Kia vehicles, highlight features and benefits, and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Advise on financing, warranty, and insurance options; prepare personalized sales proposals and negotiate terms within internal policies.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure effective post-visit service to convert leads and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the finance team and after-sales service to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets; manage the customer pipeline and update the CRM.
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom, ensuring procedures and customer service standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automobile industry is a major asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions; knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
