Tire and Wheel Installer

Salvatore Garage, located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, is looking for a Tire and Wheel Installer. The position is open to individuals with no experience who wish to learn and develop their skills in a workshop passionate about sports cars.

Job Description

• Install and remove tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles, respecting manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform balancing and assist with mounting tires and rims according to vehicle needs.
• Check the condition of rims and tires, monitor pressure, and identify signs of wear or damage.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the work area, as well as adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical team and support related tasks according to workshop priorities.
• Actively participate in your training and suggest improvements to optimize work methods.

Qualifications

• Open to all individuals with no experience who wish to learn.
• Good physical condition, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; demonstrated interest in the automotive field.
• Motivation to learn a precise manual trade and to evolve within the tire and wheel industry.
