Mercedes-Benz Boucherville is looking for a Floor Supervisor (Host/Hostess) to oversee the atmosphere and welcome our guests in our dealership. You will be the face of elegance, smoothness, and efficiency as soon as our clients walk through the door.

Responsibilities: • Greet each customer with class, courtesy, and attention • Coordinate the flow on the floor to ensure smooth service • Ensure order, cleanliness, and aesthetics of the dealership • Support the sales and service teams in their interactions with clients • Handle special requests and ensure five-star service • Be a true pillar of the customer experience at Mercedes-Benz

Desired Profile: • Experience in hospitality, high-end reception, or VIP customer service • Well-groomed appearance, professional attitude, warm approach • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities • Ability to handle multiple requests calmly and efficiently

SCHEDULE: 12 PM – 8 PM (40 hours per week)

SALARY: Up to $55k based on experience
