We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic National Sales Representative with a passion for German automotive engineering and a proven track record in B2B sales. This is a remote position, perfect for candidates based on the East Coast, focused on driving growth through direct outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our premium automotive solutions, specifically targeting luxury vehicle shop owners, mechanics, and B2B partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align product offerings with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product and service enhancements.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar technical field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering, specifically related to luxury German brands.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build relationships in a competitive marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
