Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers to address their questions regarding our services and vehicles.
• Respond to incoming calls in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate interventions and service scheduling.
• Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions and informing them of the next steps.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of luxury brands and a passion for the automotive industry is an asset.
