Technician / Mechanical Workshop Supervisor

As part of our growth, GM Montplaisir dealership is looking for an experienced and motivated Technician / Mechanical Workshop Foreman to supervise the operations of our workshop and ensure quality after-sales service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Guide and support the team of technicians and mechanics.
• Organize the daily workload and ensure the smooth running of interventions.
• Control the quality of repairs and ensure compliance with GM standards.
• Participate in the installation of accessories, prepare vehicles, and provide technical support to technicians as needed.
• Apply internal procedures and GM standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the workshop's performance objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.

Profile sought:

• Training in automotive mechanics and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of GM products (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac) – an asset.
• Team management skills, leadership, and communication.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and after-sales related computer systems.
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and concern for customer service.

Working conditions:
